Description

1.It employs full servo belt-drawing system and photoelectric cells, which overcomes the defects like inaccurate registering resulted in air pressure while the traditional pneumatic machine works.
2.The complete machine employs the Japanese Panasonic Programmable controller(PLC) to make the circuit of the controller simple, reliable and stable.
3.The printing unit with pneumatic controller is equipped with adjustable vacuum air-intake system and blower to upgrade the printing precision.
4.The doctoring and worktable employ AIRTAC air-cylinder, frequency converter, equipped with high precision straight guide rail, which enables it work much stable, reliable, regular and safe.
5.The fixed position of the printing stroke and the mesh plate is adjustable, making it free to print the materials of different specifications and size.
6.The drying system employs the Swiss LEISTER drying series.

Characteristics：

　　It employed full-computer colour register and auto controller integrating mechanic, electricity and pneumatic design. The precision reaches ±0.05mm.It is specially applied to printing the taping woven ribbons, rubber strips, woven marks, leathers, etc. It can print white characters on the black base, specially suitable for the materials with dark background color in printing large area. In this may its printing result is better. It employed different silk screen printing method and oil ink because the products have different requirements for the thickness of ink layer, brightness,firmness, glossiness, durability, etc. according to the
properties of materials and its intended use of products.It can print automatically and continually the material surface of the strip-type web.
